ASI Magnetically-Coupled Seal-less Gear Pump |
|
Additive Systems Incorporated (ASI) designed its own
magnetically-driven gear pump in 1992. Since that time five different pump
models have evolved making ASI the standard in the Liquid Terminaling Industry.
In 1992 ASI heralded an unprecedented 3-year "no-leak" warranty for it's
seal-less gear pumps, not to mention a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Now,
almost six years later, there is still not another pump manufacturer in our
industry that can top our warranty. Above all else we can deliver your product
in record time.
ASI pumps can handle a number of different fuel
additives and other products such as:
- Oxygenates
- Dyes (i.e. diesel and product tracking)
- Gasoline
- Diesel
- Liquid Gas Products
- Jet fuels
- Fertilizers
- Chemicals
- Others
ASI pumps have been used in the following industries:
- Oil and Gas
- Agriculture
- Chemical
- Manufacturing Processes
- Aviation
- Pipeline
The XP series high pressure pumps is one of our newest pumps.
It was introduced in the first part of 1997. Our standard magnetically driven
gear pumps can withstand pressures up to 2800psi. This is usually more than
adequate in our industry, but the pipeline industry, for example, can require
much higher pump pressure ratings. In a situation where a customer demands a
pump for pulling samples off a 12" pipeline spanning across two states the XP
series pumps can really deliver.
ASI stocks and sells other pumps when an ASI pump is not the
best for application such as:
- Ethyl Mercaptan (i.e. natural gas and
propane)
- Hot fluids
- Reclaim water
- Slurries
- Abrasives
- Wettable powders
- Fertilizers
- Chemicals
- Adhesives
- Soap Solutions
- Salt water
- Others
